Fast Fact Monday

Fact: The warriors are coming.
Fact: You should beef up on your knowledge before the 4th grader in line for event tickets stumps you.
Fact: This will help you do it.

1.) One of the Emperor’s terra cotta figures is a groom who cared for horses and pets.
2.) In 1980 archaeologists excavated a pit that contained bronze chariots and horses.
3.) The excavation work at the First Emperor’s tomb complex has been going on for over three decades.
4.) Shisi ru shishen = ‘the dead should be treated the same as the living’
5.) Craftsmen building the terra cotta warriors used clay techniques including coiling, rolling, slab building, and the use of molds.
